Work has changed.
And that’s no bad thing.
Flexible working. Remote working. Work-life balance. These aren’t new ideas, but boy did 2020 bring them into sharp focus. People have even started to think about heading out of big cities into the suburbs and countryside. Our perspective on work has been turned on its head.
On an individual level, it makes sense – most of us would be very happy to leave our commute in the distant past. But what does it mean for businesses and the talent solutions that they rely on?
